Hi, we’re Paul and Nikki, the founders of Carbon 60 Olive Oil Australia, based in Melbourne, Australia.
We discovered Carbon 60 Olive Oil back in late 2017, after listening to interviews by Sarah Westall with both Clif High and Tom Martin.
Once we realised how amazing Carbon 60 was, we wanted to make it easier for our fellow Aussies to get access to it, so we decided to become a local distributor for this amazing product.
We currently offer Carbon 60 olive oil as well as C60 avocado oil and C60 coconut oil from the C60 Purple Power range.
All of our carbon 60 oils are the original genuine product, imported directly from the manufacturer in the United States.

Paul grew up wanting to be an inventor, and studied Mechanical Engineering at university, graduating with Honours and a passion for creating things.
After graduation, he worked as a building services engineer, and learned the ins and outs of what makes a building tick. He also spent every spare moment teaching his computer to do all of the boring tasks, so he could spend his days working on the more complex challenges.
He then moved into technical support, and worked in many different industries, including telecommunications, education, finance and ecommerce, before starting a niche computer hardware business with Nikki, which he ran for over 13 years.
More recently Paul has been enjoying utilising his engineering and handyman skills to keep the facilities and gardens at a local primary school running smoothly, and helping share the joys of gardening with the grade 3’s, while managing the daily operations of the Carbon 60 business.
Paul also has a black belt in karate, and volunteers at his local GKR Karate club, sharing the joys of martial arts with people from all walks of life. He rediscovered his love of karate in 2011, after a regular health check-up showed that his lifestyle was leading him straight towards a heart attack.
With the help of Nikki, he changed his diet, lost 20 kilograms, and began his journey of natural health optimisation, exploring a wide range of ideas and approaches. Paul has grand plans to die young at a very advanced age.
Nikki has always loved the sciences, graduating from Monash University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science, with Honours, majoring in Biochemistry and Genetics, while enjoying some bonus subjects in Mathematics and Statistics on the side, just for fun!
She has worked in many industries over the years, including medical research, public health, education, construction, and marketing, and ran a niche computer hardware business with Paul for 13 years. More recently she has been working as a Digital Marketer, and enjoys all things online, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing and Google Analytics.
She has always had a passion for natural health, after growing up with asthma, eczema and many food allergies, and wanted to ensure that her kids wouldn’t have to deal with the same allergies and illnesses. She has spent the last 15 years exploring almost every known alternative and natural therapy known to man, including homeopathy, kinesiology, EFT, meditation, Reiki, intuition, fasting, and more!
She also runs a blog over at Eating Vibrantly, where she shares raw, vegan and wholefood recipes to show others just how delicious a plant-based diet can be. Nikki loves blending science and alternative approaches to find the best of both worlds, and aims to live a very long and healthy life.
